Training

Full training can be delivered on site that will be fully customized to your workplace needs for supervisors to process operators on Food Safety, Hazard Evaluation, Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Product Development etc. GFC envisages bridging the gap between the regulators, industry & academia. It provides training as per regulatory requirements / ISO standards or client’s requirements, Staff Training and Workplace Assessments.

A. Food Safety Management System
GFC assist you in developing and documenting a practical solution to Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000:2005 or, British Retail Consortium (BRC) Standard, BRC Storage and Distribution, Safe Quality Food Standard (SQF), to your needs or your client requirements. List of Activities/Road Map to achieve the above stated objective is stated below:

  • Gap Analysis focusing on Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
  • Training: Awareness, Hazard Evaluation, Critical Control Point (HACCP), Internal Audits and documentation
  • Management System development: Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs), Operational PRPs, HACCP Plan, Food Safety Plan, Validation Plan, Verification Plan.
  • Conduct of review meetings and performance evaluation

B. Laboratory Management System

Product Approval

GFC provides consultation for product approval from FSSAI, Agmark and others relevant authorities as not all products will comply from the outset. Establishment of Food Testing & Research Lab;
