I decided to try my team’s skills at Industrial sector.

Across the nation, countless individuals, communities, and practitioners have safeguarded invaluable knowledge related to traditional processing, cooking, eating habits, and cultural rituals. Yet, much of this wisdom remains scattered, undocumented, or overlooked in the modern world.
